This insurance CE class will focus on how personal lines and commercial lines policies address valuation of real and personal property. Participants will be introduced to policy language dealing with Actual Cash Value, Replacement Cost, Agreed Valuation clauses, Blanket Property Value endorsements, Selling Price Endorsements, Coinsurance, and modified settlement provisions.
