With these Wisconsin storms in July our basement flooded. We used NorthStar services in the past when my father-in-laws basement flooded. I remembered the great service then, and I knew who we needed to call when this unfortunate event happened to us. Nick came over the next day and went right to work. He took moister measurements in the walls and floors. Had a camera that showed how far up water went in the walls and devolved a plan to help mitigate the damages. The technology use to help unsure we found all issue areas helped put my wife and I at easy. We did not have to worry down the road for mold issues. The NorthStar Team came over and went right to work. Every tech working in my basement was super friendly and explained the restoration plan. I cannot compliant this team enough and how happy we are with them. Thank you NorthStar for putting people first with your services.
