DESCRIPTION:Doors open at 9:30 for refreshments and networking\, with the 2.5-hour presentation starting at 10:00 AM. Several breaks are scheduled throughout the afternoon.\n\n\n\nThis training is designed for business owners\, management\, supervisors/team leaders\, and security personnel responsible for facilitating training within their organizations. \n\n\n\nMeet Your Instructor: Lt. John Phillips\n\n\n\nLt. John Phillips has 16 years of law enforcement experience and has been training law enforcement officers and the community in active threat response for the past 11 years. He is a certified instructor with the State of Wisconsin\, holding multiple instructor certifications\, including tactical response instruction. His specialized training includes: \n\n\n\n\nAdvanced Law Enforcement Rapid Response Training (ALERRT)\n\n\n\nFederal Law Enforcement Training Center Solo Response to Active Threats (FLETC)\n\n\n\nMulti-Assault Counter Terrorism Action Capabilities (MACTAC)\n\n\n\n\nLt. Phillips served on the Marathon County Joint SWAT team for four years and has been the lead tactical instructor for the Wausau Police Department for the past six years.
